Ted & Diane (my Uncle & Aunt) are the owners of Theo Construction. They’ve been building homes and town homes for many years. I’ve done many different jobs for Theo. Most recently, 2006, we framed a few houses for them in the Northgate area.

Cornerstone Homes

- GSI Construction has worked with Cornerstone since 2004. We’ve framed many of their homes, provided carpentry labor, and also supervised the building of a 12 lot plat in Lynnwood.

Job 0601

A 2548 sq. ft. Rambler with a 3-car garage. This home required a unique pin pile type foundation. On this home we, GSI Construction, did the foundation, framing, siding, painting, & all the concrete flatwork. This home sold in September 2006 for $600,000.

Job 0602

Supervision of a 12 lot plat, "Damson Woods" for Cornerstone Homes. GSI was paid a fee for overseeing house construction from start to finish.

Job 0603

A 2716 sq. ft. Craftsman style 2-story with a 3-car garage. All the work was sub-contracted except the painting and decks. This home is sold in May 2007 for $600,000.

A 4119 sq. ft. Craftsman style home with a 3-car garage. All the work was subcontracted on this home except the painting and decks. This home has a fully finished daylight basement. This home just sold in June 2007 for $699,000.

On this home, GSI Construction, did the foundation, framing, decks, concrete flatwork, landscaping, and the site improvements necessary to complete the short plat. This home was completed in Nov. 2007 and sold in Dec. 2007 for $490,000.
